At Pickleball Roadmap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
Important Notes:
- The 7-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
- After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. To avoid being charged for the next billing period:
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
We send reminder emails before renewal dates to help you manage your subscription.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Pickleball Roadmap account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm your cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:
- Contact our support team at support@pickleballroadmap.com
- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- We will process your request within 1-2 business days
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or account credit.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special promotional pricing and discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions. Promotional subscriptions may have different refund eligibility than standard subscriptions. Please review the specific terms of any promotional offer before subscribing.
7. Payment Processing Fees
When processing refunds, we cannot refund payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe). These fees are deducted by the payment processor and are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be the subscription price minus any non-refundable processing fees.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and deny future access to our service. Please contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before pursuing a chargeback.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
